As a trainer for Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST) and safeTALK, I am deeply committed to fostering safe and supportive environments. My passion for mentoring and empowering individuals is matched by my knowledge of community resources. I've been a Career and Life Coach for over 14 years and have lots of support to offer to fit your needs! Whether you're needing support with employment services, mental health services, or need some motivation and guidance, I GOT YOU!
